Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Please send us a photo of the issue on WhatsApp so we can resolve it quickly.

Change of Mind

Because of the personal nature of skincare and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used. If a product is still sealed and unused, contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to accommodate an exchange.
